What I Offer

Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats. I help you figure out which ones to put down so you can get back to the work that matters.

Does any of this sound familiar?

The back end is a mess you keep meaning to sort out
Inbox chaos, no clear process, tasks living in your head. It works until it doesn't. I come in, map what's actually happening, and build systems that run without you having to hold them together.

You have ideas and momentum, but nothing to hold it all together
You're not short on vision. What's missing is the structure underneath it. The workflows, the tools, the simple documentation that turns good ideas into something repeatable. That's the work.

You're a one-person show doing five people's jobs
Something always falls through the cracks. I help you figure out what actually needs your attention and build support around the rest, so you're not spread so thin.

You're launching something new and want to do it right
A launch has a lot of moving parts. I help you plan and execute the operational side so the thing you've built actually gets off the ground cleanly.

You've outgrown how you started
What got you here isn't what gets you to the next stage. I help small businesses figure out what needs to change and build the version that fits where they're going.

What This Actually Looks Like

Process & Documentation

1

Mapping out how your business actually runs, so the knowledge isn't only in your head. Step-by-step guides, SOPs, workflows your team or future hires can actually follow.

Inbox & Calendar Systems

2

Getting your inbox and calendar out of chaos mode. Email systems that don't need constant checking, scheduling that runs without you chasing it.

Client Onboarding

3

Building the process new clients go through so they know what to expect from day one, instead of figuring it out as you go.

Tools & Integration

4

Setting up and connecting the apps you're already paying for, so they work together instead of living as separate, disconnected systems.

Ecommerce & Store Management

5

Running the back end of your online store, from Shopify setup to day-to-day product, order, and inventory management, so your storefront keeps working without you babysitting it.

Launch Planning

6

Mapping out the moving parts of a launch and the order they need to happen in, so the thing you built actually gets off the ground cleanly.

On-Going Operational Support

7

The day-to-day stuff that has to happen for your business to run, but doesn't need to be you doing it.

How we work together

Every client is different, so I don't offer fixed packages. Most engagements fall into one of three shapes:

Project-based work
We scope a specific problem, I get it sorted, you get a clear outcome. Good for a systems overhaul, getting your processes documented, or anything with a defined beginning and end.

Ongoing retainer
I'm in your corner on a regular basis, handling the operational side of things so you can stay focused on your work. Retainers are structured by how much support you need, with check-ins ranging from monthly to weekly depending on your situation.

Pre-launch support
Starting a business is a lot. Before you open your doors, I help you get the foundations right, the systems, the processes, the tools, so you're set up to actually run the thing, not just survive it. If you're about to launch and want to do it properly from day one, this is where we start.

How We Get Started

  • Step 1

    Discovery Call

A free, no-pressure conversation to get to know each other. You tell me about your business and what's not working. I ask questions. We figure out together whether it's a good fit.

  • Step 2

    Proposal

I put together a proposal scoped specifically to your business; what I'll do, how long it will take, and what it will cost. If options make sense for your situation, I'll include them.

  • Step 3

    Kick Off Session

Once you're on board, we go deeper. This is where I learn the ins and outs of your business so I can actually execute your processes, your tools, your pain points, and your goals.

  • Step 4

    Execution

I get to work. Whether its project work or ongoing support, you'll know what to expect and when, and I'll keep you in the loop along the way.
