I help founder-led businesses get the operational side of things sorted. That includes inbox and calendar systems, client onboarding, tools and integrations, launch planning, and ongoing day-to-day support. I bring the structure, so you can keep doing what you're good at.

Mostly creative and service-based businesses, where the owner is great at their craft but hasn't had the time to build out the back-end systems. If you're growing and starting to feel the strain of doing everything yourself, that's usually a sign it's time to bring someone in.

It depends on what you need. Some people want a one-time project to fix a specific problem, like building out a client onboarding process. Others want ongoing support on a retainer, where I'm a regular part of how the business runs. Some are pre-launch and need help getting everything set up before they open their doors. We figure out together what makes the most sense for where you're at.

Everything is custom. I don't build pre-set packages. We talk about what you actually need, and the scope reflects that.

It varies depending on the scope and structure of the work. Once we talk through what you need, I'll put together a proposal with clear pricing. There's no flat rate because no two businesses need the same thing.

No. I work with people at all stages, including before things are formally set up. If you're pre-launch, that's actually one of the areas I help with most.

That's exactly what project-based work is for. You don't need to commit to ongoing support to work with me. We can tackle one problem, get it solved, and go from there.

Yes. I have a background in e-commerce operations, so Shopify store management, setup, and ongoing support are part of what I offer.

Reach out and tell me a bit about what's going on in your business. We'll talk it through, and if it seems like a good fit, I'll put together a proposal based on what you actually need.

Yes. I'd rather be upfront about what will genuinely help than sell you on more than you need. If something feels like a stretch, I'll say so.
