About Me
I'm Annie, an operations and business support professional with a background in supply chain, logistics, and cross-functional ops. I left a corporate operations manager role to do the work for the people I actually wanted to help. I work with founder-led small businesses where the owner is the expert in their craft, and needs someone reliable to handle the business side.
I'm not a coach. I'm not a consultant who hands you a deck and disappears. I roll up my sleeves, learn your business, and build things that actually work for you, whether that's a client process, a launch plan, or the back-end systems that make your day-to-day easier.
